Move It, Move It!

It's time to MOVE IT! Our April Healthy Habits Challenge is here! 15 minutes of exercise a day, that's all we need you to do with your kiddos. After you complete the exercise each day, simply write it down on the calendar we have provided. Let's build a new healthy habit together! Remember to invite family and friends to join.
