15 Minutes of Exercise Challenge, Here’s Some Tips!

Our March reading challenge is coming to an end, but don't you dare stop! Keep this new habit going every day, not only for your children, but for you as well. We are all about building healthy habits for the entire family! Our April challenge will be 15 minutes of daily exercise. One exercise you can try is Yoga! It helps you and your child to get centered, to stretch, and to practice the skill of getting focused.
