It’s day 12 of our Good Hygiene challenge! How are you and your family fairing? Remember all that you have to do is bathe your child at least once a day preferably before bed time. After you do that, you cross it out on the calendar we have provided, but did you know your food choices can affect your hygiene? Certain foods can make you smell a certain way, or even increase existing b.o. Other foods can help you smell better by cleaning out your gut and creating a clean digestive system.
